Chair Yoga<br />

Chair yoga offers the same benefits as other yoga<br />

Chair yoga is for everyone, especially those who may<br />

have limited mobility and/or are unable to get up and<br />

down on a yoga mat. Postures can be modified to<br />

meet students' needs.<br />
