Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshaling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of<br />
<strong>Madison</strong> County, Ohio, 1 N, Main St., London, OH 43140-0527, being Case No. CV<br />
<strong>2022</strong>0154 against Esquill Napper, Deceased, et al. praying for judgment in the<br />
amount of $112,727.37 with interest thereon accroding to the terms of the note<br />
from July 15, <strong>2022</strong> until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the<br />
following described real estate, of which said Esquill Napper, is the owner of: Real<br />
estate located at 110 Dover Rd., London, Ohio 43140, as further described in Plaintiff’s<br />
mortgage recorded on July 2, 1998 in OR Volume 0080 Page 0003 of the<br />
Mortgage Records of <strong>Madison</strong> County, Ohio;<br />
and that the aforementioned Defendants be required to set up any interest they may<br />
have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay<br />
or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that on Order<br />
of Sale be issured to the Sheriff of <strong>Madison</strong> County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in The<br />
<strong>Madison</strong> <strong>Messenger</strong> and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear<br />
of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the<br />
sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff’s judgment and for such other relief to<br />
which United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service or successor<br />
agency, United States Department of Agriculture is entitled.<br />

County Commissioners, 1 North Main Street, London, Ohio, 43140, on Tuesday,<br />
