on August 11, 2022, United States of America acting through the Rural Housing
Service or successor agency, United States Department of Agriculture, filed its
Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshaling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of
Madison County, Ohio, 1 N, Main St., London, OH 43140-0527, being Case No. CV
20220154 against Esquill Napper, Deceased, et al. praying for judgment in the
amount of $112,727.37 with interest thereon accroding to the terms of the note
from July 15, 2022 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the
following described real estate, of which said Esquill Napper, is the owner of: Real
estate located at 110 Dover Rd., London, Ohio 43140, as further described in Plaintiff’s
mortgage recorded on July 2, 1998 in OR Volume 0080 Page 0003 of the
Mortgage Records of Madison County, Ohio;
and that the aforementioned Defendants be required to set up any interest they may
have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay
or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that on Order
of Sale be issured to the Sheriff of Madison County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in The
Madison Messenger and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear
of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the
sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff’s judgment and for such other relief to
which United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service or successor
agency, United States Department of Agriculture is entitled.
Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint, Said Defendants are required to answer
within twenty-eight days after the publication. Said Defendants will take notice that
you are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 15th day of January, 2023,
or judgment will be rendered accordingly.

County Commissioners, 1 North Main Street, London, Ohio, 43140, on Tuesday,
December 20, 2022 at 10:30 A.M., Ohio Standard Time for the competitive bidding
for the below listed equipment, in accordance with the Ohio Revised
Code 307.86- 307.92 inclusive. The bids will be opened and read aloud immediately
thereafter at the same date, time, and location
1- USED CATERPILLAR D6K2 LGP
Bids shall be submitted on forms furnished by the Madison County Engineer
in a sealed envelope marked “USED CATERPILLAR D6K2 LGP BID” on the outside.
