Totalkare’s heavy duty four post lift is suitable for vehicles up<br />
to 33,000kg, however K2 <strong>Recovery</strong> have opted for the 25,000kg,<br />
nine-metre model, perfect for the vast majority of vehicles passing<br />
through their workshop for repair and maintenance. For ease of<br />
use the four post lift is available as surface or recessed mounted<br />
and is available with drive on/drive through options.<br />
The diesel smoke meter is an excellent diagnostic tool to ensure<br />
proper maintenance of diesel engines for improved fuel economy<br />
and protection of the environment. The smoke meter detects<br />
and measures the amount of light blocked in a sample of smoke<br />
emitted from diesel engines in cars, vans, buses, coaches and<br />
trucks. With the increasing number of clean air zones in the UK,<br />
the regular testing of diesel engine emissions will ensure vehicles<br />
leaving the K2 <strong>Recovery</strong> workshop meet the latest requirements.<br />
The Totalkare headlamp tester is perfect for checking both<br />
the orientation and intensity of a vehicle headlamp, to ensure<br />
that it meets the minimum required standards. Headlamp aim<br />
is the most common failure item at annual test for both HGVs<br />
and PSVs, therefore it will play an important role in ensuring all<br />
vehicle headlamps are in working order and compliant with DVSA<br />
standards.<br />
