Hello and welcome to the latest issue
of Professional Recovery Magazine
Apart from being Christmas, there is a
bit of a theme about this issue – Red
Lights.
For what seems to be a simple industry
request, the powers that be are making the
whole matter far more complicated than it
needs to be.
Derek has reviewed the issue and brought
us up to date about where we now stand,
which is frustratingly close to getting the go
ahead. PROF have also busy working on that
and other issues in the industry and even
Fred gives his view on the subject. It seems
to be a common sense, easily implemented
safety policy that is only going to benefit
recovery operators. Let’s hope 2023 is the
year that red lights get the green light.
Finally, I would like to wish all of you;

everyone involved in the recovery industry a
