They failed to establish relationships with other projects<br />
and founders. CETS community was one of those<br />
that had a very huge echo chamber.<br />
As a project your main priority should be to retain<br />
these OGs who supported you from the very beginning.<br />
CETS failed to do it big time.<br />
Lack of direction:<br />
They initially started up with a product called ‘CI-<br />
PHER’ which is currently on hold due to lack of<br />
manpower according to the team. So, the priority<br />
after enlightenment was shifted to something called<br />
‘BOOGERS’, which is supposedly another collection.<br />
Value dilution is the only thing they are heading towards<br />
at this point. You drastically need to improve<br />
the speed of delivery and gain momentum you lost.<br />
This is going to be really hard from here on out , if<br />
you be more lethargic.<br />
You might have heard peblo say, CETS are not for<br />
everyone. This is the wrong approach. They should be<br />
open for everyone.<br />
The solana ecosystem is already miniscule. If your<br />
target audience is another subset of that small bubble,<br />
then you are bound to fail at some point.
