Fall Table Arrangement Making Workshop (Living
Flowers)
Learn to create a beautiful fresh table arrangement for
your dinner table for Thanksgiving. Karen will teach you
how to create an oblong table arrangement with beautiful
long-lasting fresh florals, in a reusable container. Your
Thanksgiving table will look amazing this year! You will
be taught placement and balance with beautiful fall
colours from roses to alstroemeria, carnations, eucalyptus
and berries and more. We will be working with a stunning
combination of fresh flowers and foliage and maybe even
a little harvest! Once you’re done this floral design class
you will be wanting to make arrangements for everyone
and every room.

Pumpkin Carving Night
Pumpkin Carving at the Evergreen! This is a free event
but we ask that participants provide a cash donation of
your choice for the FAIR program or a non-perishable
food donation for the food bank if possible. Come in a
costume or come as you are — all are welcome! All
materials are provided. Pumpkins will be pre-hollowed
for your convenience. Listen to music and enjoy a treat
while you carve! Staff and volunteers will be on site to
help if need be. Take your pumpkin creation with you at
the end of the night or leave for display at the Evergreen
Seniors Centre!

Holiday Door Wreath Making Workshop (Artificial/

In this floral design workshop, you will learn to decorate
a full-size Holiday wreath. Working with an assortment of
festive natural and artificial products, like pinecones,
nuts, artificial fruit, berries and dried lotus pods,
cinnamon sticks, pepper berries, ribbons, etc. This wreath
is full of all the natural elements and textures of the
Holiday season, from balsam to pine. It will be a beautiful
addition to your Christmas décor. This modern and festive
wreath looks real, and you will be able to enjoy it for
years.
