Prevention is far better cure, but if your hair is already in<br />
a delicate state, it’s time to bring in the back-up. Start<br />
by incorporating a twice-weekly hair repair treatment,<br />
such as a hydrating mask or serum. For added TLC,<br />
apply a small amount daily to the ends of your hair.<br />
These hair saviours help to fight frizz, hydrate hair and<br />
give it back its shine and lustre.<br />
When using an intensive conditioner or treatment<br />
post-shower, wrap hair in a towel to keep heat in and<br />
allow the product to penetrate as much as possible.<br />

another reason to make the switch: in addition to<br />
helping prevent skin creases, a silk pillowcase can help<br />
hair retain moisture and reduce fly-aways.<br />
