Thirteen spacious rooms are spread over three<br />

The walls have a finish called chukum, a natural<br />
material which is obtained from the resin that<br />
contains the bark of the Havardia Albicans tree,<br />
it is mainly found in the area of the Yucatan<br />
Peninsula. The Maya used it formerly to produce<br />
stucco and as a coating water tanks to prevent it<br />
from filtering water.<br />

Las amplias trece habitaciones se distribuyen en tres<br />
niveles y van desde estándar hasta master suite. Los<br />
muros tienen un acabado llamado chukum, un material<br />
natural que se obtiene de la resina que contiene la<br />
corteza del árbol Havardia Albicans, se encuentra<br />
principalmente en la zona de la Península de Yucatán.<br />
Los mayas lo usaban antiguamente para producir<br />
estuco y como revestimiento de tanques de agua para<br />
evitar que filtrara el agua.<br />
