The public notary is the institution that gives legal validity to documents and transactions.<br />
For <strong>2Base</strong> the notary is an essential institution in our daily business. Often our customers<br />
cannot be personal present in Alanya when selling or buying property.<br />
We then act on their behalf via a power of attorney issued and formalized by the Turkish<br />
public notary.<br />
This makes life a lot easier for our customers and they can concentrate on enjoying their<br />
time in Alanya instead of wasting it waiting in line at various government institutions.<br />
Please note that power of attornies can be issued both in your home country or in Turkey,<br />
but it has to be done in a certain, correct way.<br />
