Did you know that there is a wonderful drink that is popular all over Turkey during the winter<br />

The name of this drink is Boza and it is made from millet, water and sugar<br />
Boza can easily be confused with another popular winter drink, salep<br />
But boza and salep are very different drinks, with the biggest difference being that salep is<br />
made on milk which boza is not.<br />
