Welcome to the new issue of our online magazine!

We had a quieter and
slower period at 2Base
compared to the previous
year.
This slow period was not
only for us but also for
all other companies.
However, of course, our
customers continued to
work with us during this
slow period and
they kept visiting us for
coffee.
In 2023, due to the war
situations and other reasons
that existed in the
world, people
hesitated about real estate
purchases. For this
reason, foreign citizens
in Turkey
house sales decreased
compared to the previous
year. In this period,
Antalya had the highest
number of sales after
Istanbul.
House sales also declined
in Turkey. The
main reason for this is
the new interest rate
hike by the Central Bank
of Turkey,
policies and difficulties
in the use of credit. And
on February 6, in the
eastern part of Turkey,
unfortunately
There was a 7.6 magnitude
earthquake. It was a
very difficult time for the
people of that region and
everyone mobilized.
Not only in Turkey, people
from all over the world
sent their material and
moral aid. Turkish people
have been very grateful
and has not forgotten anyone
who sent their support
in a difficult time. The
search and rescue team
from Mexico
Proteo is just one of them.
Turkey also had a very
important election, shortly
after the terrible earthquake.
The first election was almost
a draw and a second
election was held.
At the end of this election,
the current president was
re-elected.
In short, 2023 was a challenging
and busy year for
the Turkish people.
However, a new colleague
joined our office, Mr. Adnan.
He will now take care of
our German customers in
our company.

be the best year for
