Lighting has spent 15 years developing
battery powered outdoor lighting to do this
to perfection.
The star feature for Mike and Judie’s
Cotswold Golden Wedding celebration
was a trout lake transformed using battery
powered lighting in a warm but spectacular
style.
Trees on both sides of the lake were lit,
with beeches and oaks on the far bank using
CORE’s powerful uplighters lighting their
large trunks. Reflected light cast a colourful
glow onto the limestone paths and over
the lake for a stunning focus. For safety and
dramatic highlighting, CORE battery festoon
lights were positioned along walls reflecting
onto adjacent pathways, supplemented by
CORE

without needing
boat access.
The lighting
scheme was entirely battery powered,
enabling setup in just two hours before
guest arrival. Wireless connection between
CORE uplighters enabled the whole setting
down the lake to be controlled from just two
uplighters transmitting colour shades to all
others, meaning the total scheme was set up
with the couple from one position without
needing to cross the lake.
CORE products are rated to IP65, robust
and weatherproof for outdoors and are
designed and manufactured in UK for
longevity.

Thermobile heaters are manufactured
in Holland and built to a very high
quality. They have a minimum efficiency of 90 per
cent, which means that 90 per cent of the fuel burned
goes as useful heat into the heated space and only 10
per cent via the flue. This is a very high efficiency in
comparison to other heaters on the market.
