Understand the importance <strong>of</strong> a business plan to your<br />
business success. By the end <strong>of</strong> this session you will be<br />
able to start crafting an effective business plan. You’ll take<br />
away templates, local resources, and tips and tricks for<br />
creating a business plan that works for your business.<br />

Anatomy <strong>of</strong> a Marketing Plan<br />

Understand the strengths and weaknesses <strong>of</strong> your current<br />
marketing strategy. By the end <strong>of</strong> this session you will be able<br />
to research your market and project your business cash flow.<br />
You’ll take away measurement tools, powerful research tools,<br />
and methods for creating results-oriented marketing.<br />
