Anatomy of a Business Plan

Understand the importance of a business plan to your
business success. By the end of this session you will be
able to start crafting an effective business plan. You’ll take
away templates, local resources, and tips and tricks for
creating a business plan that works for your business.

Anatomy of a Marketing Plan
Offered 9/18, 10/16, 11/13 or 12/11.
Understand the strengths and weaknesses of your current
marketing strategy. By the end of this session you will be able
to research your market and project your business cash flow.
You’ll take away measurement tools, powerful research tools,
and methods for creating results-oriented marketing.

Anatomy of a Commercial Loan Package
Offered 9/25, 10/23, 11/20 or 12/18.
Be able to confidently meet with your commercial loan
officer. Understand the expectations of lenders and
investors and what financial documents mean. Take
with you templates, guidelines and local resources for
effectively managing your business finances.

powerful cash flow forecasting tool and tips ‘n’ tricks for
projecting “cash in”.
