5k Park Run<br />
Start & Finish Falls Park Bowling Green, Sat 4th<br />
& Sat 11th Aug, 9.30am<br />
The now weekly free 5 kilometre run (jog or walk!),<br />
part of the Healthy Hearts of West Belfast project<br />
in the Falls Park attracts dozens of particip<strong>an</strong>ts. It<br />
is not a race against other runners, <strong>an</strong>d is open to<br />
everyone, from children to senior citizens. It is a 5k<br />
timed run <strong>an</strong>d c<strong>an</strong> either be for fun or as part of a<br />
training pl<strong>an</strong>. Refreshments at clubrooms. Enter<br />
monthly draw for a free pair of running shoes.<br />

Tree Top Aerial Assault Course<br />
Falls Park, Mon 6th – Fri 10th Aug, 1pm-3pm<br />
Back after popular dem<strong>an</strong>d! Once again get into<br />
the trees <strong>an</strong>d see life from a different perspective<br />
with this great event. Skilfully m<strong>an</strong>oeuvring your<br />
way across a series of elaborate high ropes<br />
walkways until you reach the destination of the<br />
aerial zip, were you will descend back to earth in a<br />
flash! Fully qualified instructors deliver this<br />
activity. No head for heights required, just<br />
reasonably fit! 12 yrs +. In partnership with Total<br />
Tree Care, Chairde Pairc na Bhfal, <strong>an</strong>d <strong>Féile</strong> <strong>an</strong><br />

A showcase of some of the ‘raw <strong>an</strong>d unnerved talent from the best of our<br />
youth.’ Over the past number of months young people from across<br />
Belfast have been training <strong>an</strong>d working within the music industry in<br />
developing this 2-day unique showcase of live music <strong>an</strong>d drama<br />
perform<strong>an</strong>ces. A new major initiative by <strong>Féile</strong> in partnership with AMPS<br />
studios <strong>an</strong>d Oh Yeah Centre Music in developing new audiences <strong>an</strong>d<br />
