Mary Black, and her unique interpretation of songs, has been the
admiration of her peers. She has recorded and performed with
Van Morrison, Emmylou Harris & Joan Baez, and her latest album,
‘Stories From The Steeples’, features collaborations with Imelda
May, Janis Ian and Finbar Furey. Her new single, ‘The Night Is on
Our Side’, was issued in July. This legendary, award-winning
musician is widely regarded as one of the most important
vocalists of her generation. “Lyrical, impassioned and powerfully

Magazine’s description of Belfast’s Gerry Creen, folk & roots
