We start with a local departure by
coach. We take you firstly to the
Regency spa town of Bath. Discover
the abundance of elegant terraces
and squares in the picturesque
valley setting. Visit the Roman baths
for a flavour of the spa’s town
heyday, browse the excellent
selection of shops. Afterwards we
continue to our hotel - Daunceys.
The overlooks Weston Bay and is a
pleasant sea front walk from the
town centre. There are comfortable
lounges, a sea facing dining room
with spectacular bay views. All
rooms have private facilities, colour
TV and tea / coffee making facilities.

On day 2 we take you to Cheddar
and the entrance of the rocky
Cheddar Gorge before crossing the
Mendips to reach the country’s
smallest cathedral city of Wells
where there is time to visit the
magnificent cathedral.
On day 3, after time to catch a breath
of sea air, we return home via the
charming Cotswolds.

our journey south by coach.

front. All rooms have private

On day 2, in the morning, we visit
Poole with its historic quay and fine
shops and then return to the town of
Dorchester - home to the writer
Thomas Hardy.
On day 3 there will be time to catch a
breath of sea air before we
commence our return journey home.
En route we will call in at the historic
town of Salisbury with its magnificent
cathedral.
