Edson offers all the necessary accessories, including hoses, hose fittings, and clamps to complete your pumping
system. For most pump installations whether portable or permanently mounted, 10'/3m lengths of Model671 Plastic Flex Hose
on either side of the pump are most popular. If you prefer shorter or longer lengths, Edson's Flex Hose is available in 5'/1.5m
increments up to 25'/7.3m. For maximum performance we suggest you always use 2" hose and that you do not use lengths any
longer than 25'/7.3m. Edson's Plastic Flex Hose is very strong, durable and easy to stow.
Edson's Fig 159or 109 Hose Couplings and Fig670 Stainless Steel Hose Clamps must be used to attach the Flex Hose to your
"Lever-Action" Pump. For all Aluminum Pumps Edson offers its very tough Model 159 Plastic Couplings while for all Bronze
Pumps, it offers its Model 109 BrassCouplings Please refer to the drawing and description below for identification and ordering
purposes.

ADDITIONAL EDSON PARTS - If you plan upon going to sea on an extended voyage, we suggest you carry a spare Edson
Diaphragm and a set of inlet and outlet valve rubbers as described above. Be sure you match the correct inlet valve rubber to
the proper pump. Most Edson pump owners finds that the durable neoprene valves and diaphragm last a good many years.
Edson's Model 100 3" Hand Diaphragm Deck Pumps are the
highest capacity hand pumps on the market. Designed to mount
easily and quickly on deck to a new or existing piping system,
they are available in a 3"/7.3cm suction pipe size, or can be easily
reduced for 21/2"/6.2cm pipe. These bottom inlet pumps will move
45 gals.ll70L per minute or2800 gals. per hour. Suction lift is up to
valves are clog resistant and can be cleared without any tools. Most
~dson's Model 100 Deck Pumps come with a 48"/1.2m removable
galvanized steel handle for that famous Edson non-tiring Lever
Action pumping stroke. Edson's Red Seal Diaphragms are standard --
for years of dependable service.
Edson's Deck Pumps are widely used on fishing boats for
pumping and cleaning out fish holds and bilges. They are also
perfect for oil and bulk carrying barges as routine and emergency
bilge pumps.

Edson's Industrial Pump Division manufactures a wide range of Power
Diaphragm Pumps that are designed to handle routine and emergency jobs
where solids, viscosity, intermittent flow, and difficult to handle liquids
must be pumped. Edson Power Pumps can pump to 8000 gallons per hour,
suction lift up to 25 feetI7.6m and pump liquids with over 50% solids.
Edson's pumps range in size from its two inch Bone Dry Power Pumps, to
3"/7.7cm and 4"/10.2cmHeavy Duty Power Pumps. They can be found pump-
ing industrial waste per EPA regulations at a large factory or being used by
the Coast Guard for cleaning up oil spills.
Edson supplies its pumping systems to all industries, large and small, as
well as contractors, cities, municipalities, and government contracts.
Edson's "Bone Dry" Pumps are the perfect answer for everyday boatyard
maintenance jobs and emergencies. For pumping leaking boats Edson's
"Bone Dry" resists clogging better than any other pump. Holding tanks,
bilges, and holds can be pumped efficiently and quickly. Edson Bone Dry
Pumps, pump over 50% sand and mud and are often used for light dredging
and pile driving near piers and floats. Dig a hole with either the suction end
or use the discharge to jet a hole for the pile. All bone Dry Pumps are avail-
able as bronze or aluminum pumps and are available with electric, gasoline,
or air powered units.
For big pumping jobs Edson's Heavy Duty Power Pumps are designed to
pump up to 8000 U.S. gallons per hour. They are self priming and non
clogging. Edson's Heavy Duty Pumps are skid or trailer mounted with gaso-
line power, electric motor, or power takeoff, well suited for maintenance and
production.
