ORDERING INFORMATION<br />
Edson specializes in "Sudden Service" with most orders being shipped within 48 hours of their receipt. When<br />
requested, orders can be shipped the same day they are received. Special orders and custom wheels can take longer.<br />
Orders are easily placed on your own purchase order or use Edson's handy order form and keep the carbon copy for<br />
your records. Please print all information clearly and completely. Pleasespecify the quantity, figure number, size and<br />
description of each item you are ordering. We recommend that you provide Edson with the boat type on which the<br />
equipment is to be used. Please note special sizes, finishes, etc.<br />
PAYMENT<br />
1. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds.<br />
2. Edson will ship open account to established accounts, government agencies, recognized schools, well-known<br />
institutions and firms with Dun & Bradstreet ratings of "Good"orhigher. Weencouragenewaccounts.Sendfor<br />
a credit application.<br />
3. Trade accounts will be considered upon the completion of our credit and reselling applicationforms, which we<br />
will mail on request. Prior to the opening of an account, the Marine Trades will be sold at list prices.<br />
4. Money Orders or Certified checks are acceptable.<br />
5. Master Charge or Visa. Please provide the account number, expiration date, signed authorization to use this<br />
account, and card holder's home address and telephone number if other than shipping address.<br />
6. Please give us your home and work telephone numbers in case we have any questions on your order.<br />

8. Orders paid for by personal check may be delayed a couple of days.<br />
PRICING<br />
All prices and discounts aresubjecttochange without notice. Pricescharged arethose in effectattimeof shipment.<br />
In view of the unstable nature of the materials market, prices cannot be guaranteed. We will always hold off any future<br />
price increases as long as we can. A service charge of l/zO/o per month on unpaid balance will be made starting 30 days<br />
after date of Invoice.<br />
PACKING AND SHIPPING<br />
Goods will be adequately packed to arrive in good condition. Shipments are made F.O.B. New Bedford at the<br />
purchaser's risk. Unless specified, Edson will ship by the most economical method. For shipping via truck, UPS, or<br />
Parcel Post within the USA, pleaseadd$.30perpound witha minimum chargeof $2.00. When noweight isshown, please<br />
estimate. If you overpay by over $2.00, we will send you a check, and likewise, if we are underpaid more than $2.00, we<br />
will invoice you the difference.<br />
DAMAGED GOODS<br />
The purchaser must notify the carrier and Edson within 15 days of losses or damage in transit, and hold goods and<br />
original shipping containers for the carrier's inspection.<br />
RETURNED GOODS<br />
Returned goods will not be accepted or credited without written prior authorization from The Edson Corporation.<br />
Modified and custom made goods are not returnable. All returned goods are subject to 15% restocking fee and any<br />
refinishing charges which may be necessary. A statement or invoice number and date must accompany returned<br />
material. Merchandise held longer than 30 days beyond the invoice date can not be accepted for return.<br />
EXPORT ORDERS<br />
Edson is experienced in shipping all over the world, with international shipments daily. Edson encourages Air<br />
Freight for prompt delivery and will ship Air Freight collect. Ocean shipments will be crated for an additional chargeof<br />
5% of the invoiced amount with additional truck shipment charge to the pier approximately $30. Payments must be in<br />
U.S. Funds and must include all banking, handling, and exchange charges. Please ask for Edson's Export Ordering<br />
Instructions EB 241, for further information.<br />
