By whose instance the Sun rises (at the time of creation) and where it proceeds to<br />
set (at the time of dissolution), there all the gods find their abiding place; no one<br />
can go beyond that. This, verily, is That.<br />

That which is here, the same is there as well. That which is there, the same is here<br />
as well. He who perceives even slightest difference in this, goes from death to<br />
death.<br />
Bhashya :<br />
“ya: p`aduBaa-vagaao ivaYNau: dohaidYau ca saMisqat: | sa eva maUla$pSca saaxaannaarayaNaaiBad: | maUla$pSca yaao<br />
ivaYNau: p`aduBaa-vaaidgaSca sa: | gauNat: sva$ptao vaaip ivaSaoYaM yaao|~ pSyait | A%yalpmaip maR%vaa sa: tmaaonQaM<br />
yaa%sasaMSaya: | BaodaBaodivadScaa~ tmaao yaaint na saMSaya: ||” - He who is manifest here as <strong>Vishnu</strong> is<br />
the same as the one who dwells in the body. He, verily, is the original form as<br />
Sriman Narayana. The one who is in original form as <strong>Vishnu</strong> is the same as one of<br />
his manifestations. Whoever here sees even slightest of variation in His attributes<br />
or in His forms goes undoubtedly from death to obscure worlds.<br />

Brihad Aranyaka Up. (I.iv.1,5) declares „Aa%maOvaomaga` AasaI%puruYaivaQa: saao|nauvaIxya<br />
naanyada%manaao|pSyat\ saao|hmasmaI%yaga`o vyaavarht\ … saao|vaovat\ AhM vaava saRiYTrisma AhM hIdM sava-masaRxaIit tt:<br />
saRYTrBavat\ saRYT\ayaaM tasyaOtsyaaM Bavait ya evaM vaod ||‟ - when That One, the Prime Existence<br />
become effulgent as and in the form of Purusha, it acknowledged itself as „AhM‟ – I<br />
and „Aisma‟ as the Existence and looking around saw that He verily was all this<br />
Creation - “yasmaad\ ivaSTM [dM savMa- vaamanaona maha%manaa tsmaat\ sa vaoO smaRtao ivaYNaaor\ dohao p`vaSanaat\ ||”. Since<br />
he dwells in all beings he is called the Person, “sa vaa AyaM puruYa: |”, There is nothing<br />
that is not covered by him, nothing that is not pervaded by him – “savaa-sau puYau- puirSaya:,<br />
naOnaona ikMcanaanaavaRtma\, naonaona ikMcanaasaMvaRtma\ |”. <strong>Vishnu</strong>, therefore in every breath, in every word<br />
uttered, ever action performed, in air, water, fire, space, in flowing waters and still<br />
mountains, in flowers and in every fruit, in every person whether the ordinary ones<br />
or in special ones showing special skills, talents and expertise or extra-ordinary<br />
proficiency, or spiritual achievements or realization.<br />
