by his father „yaonaaEaut ^M\ EautM Bava%yamatM matmaiva&atM iva&atimait …‟. It is spoken as not this, not this,<br />

not anything like what is seen here, „Aqaat AadoSa: naoit naoit na (otsmaaidit nao%yanya%prmaist‟ and<br />

verily, as – „sa%yasya sa%yaimait‟.<br />

Sri Madhva clarifies that <strong>Vishnu</strong> is singularly of the form of eternal Bliss –<br />

„pMcaBaUta%makM dohao ivaYNaao: pSyaint yaaoigana: | tqaa na yaaogaaraZUntao &anaM dohao hroirit ||‟ and „s~IpuMsaamalaOiBayaaoga%maa dohao<br />

ivaYNaaona-jaayato | ikntu inadao-UacaOtnyasauKina%yaM svaakaM tnaUM || @va vaNaa-id @va ca &anaM svatn~aican%yasad\gaNaO: | kutao du:KM svatn~sya<br />

ina%yaanandOkrUipNa: ||‟ therefore, how could such one have human emotions like sorrow,<br />

when He is singularly of the form of eternal Bliss? <strong>Vishnu</strong> is Sai>, energy not vyai>,<br />

an individual, who could be sarched outside oneself, as some one different from<br />

oneself but the energy which is sought within oneself. Here Sri Madhva says –<br />

“AiQaiYztSca tonaOva ivajaainayaat\ pRqak\ tt: || svaa#yaat\ SarIrat\ jaIvaaaM naicakotao|qa labQvaa ivaVamaotaM yaaogaivaiQaM ca kR%snama\ |<br />

ba`*ma p`aPtao ivarjaao|BaUiWmaR%yaurnyaao|PyaovaM yaao ivadQyaa%mamaova || 18 ||<br />

Thus having received the words spoken by Death and the Knowledge of the<br />

technique of Yoga, Nachiketa became free form passion and death. So will others<br />

be released who acquire the mysticl Wisdom of the Self.<br />
