This will not be a run-of-the-mill<br />
yard sale.<br />
They will be offering <strong>for</strong> sale a<br />
pair of chickens, a pair of ducks, an<br />
extra duck, rabbits and some geese<br />
Lemonade and baked goods,<br />
prepared by the club members, will<br />
be available. Sharon Fitzgerald is<br />
going to bake some loaves of the<br />
bread that earned her a first at the<br />
4-FTFair Her brother, Scott, will<br />
have some of the honey from his<br />
hive of bees.<br />

At this campout, the r^ien cook up a<br />
thanksgiving feast to j close out the<br />

• DELTA ZETA SORORITY<br />
Sept. 9 — Western Wayne Alumnae<br />
of Delta Zeta sorority will open their<br />
fall schedule with a dinner meeting at<br />
6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at<br />
the home of Cathy Williams at 37685<br />
Knoll Dr. in Wayne. The theme will be<br />
"French Night" featuring an open<br />
quiche and salad bar, Each member<br />
will will be asked to furnish one food<br />
item as well as table service, dues and<br />
used greeting cards <strong>for</strong> a service<br />
project.<br />
Meetings this yea will be held<br />
monthly on alternate Wednesdays and<br />
Thursdays and all Delta Zeta alumnae<br />

Sept. 22 - Childbirth and Family<br />
Resources is offering a four-week class<br />
<strong>for</strong> mothers of infants to 1 year of age<br />
from 1-3 p.m. Topics include nutrition,<br />
language developent, toys <strong>for</strong> babies,<br />
parent as teacher, pi renting and mar-<br />

Sept. 23 -24 — The Northville Community<br />
Quilters presents "Your Heirloom<br />
and Mine Quilt Show" from 10<br />
a.m. to 8 p.m. It will be held at the<br />
First Presbyterian Church of Norhtville,<br />
200 East Main St. Northville. The<br />
donation at the door is $1.<br />
The show will feature a variety of<br />
quilts dating from 1820 to the present.<br />
Quilting will be demonstrated throughout<br />
the show and some quilts will be <strong>for</strong><br />
sale. In addition to the show, a depression<br />
glass display will be featured in<br />
the library. Light refreshments will be<br />
available. A mixed weaving show will<br />
