Strategic Plan Measurable Outcomes and Targets
On the following pages are a number of Measurable Outcomes and Targets from the
AISD Strategic Plan. These Measurable Outcomes and Targets are directly linked to
the four Goals of the Strategic Plan, which are:
1. All students will perform at or above grade level.
2. Achievement gaps among all student groups will be eliminated.
3. All students will graduate ready for college, career, and life in a globally
competitive economy.
4. All schools will meet or exceed state accountability standards, and the district will
meet federal standards and exceed state standards.
At the campus level, all Campus Improvement Plans (CIPs) align with the four Strategic
Plan Goals. Each CIP includes its own campus-based needs assessment, strategies for
improvement, and performance targets. CIPs are reviewed by district administration to
ensure that campus plans will support accomplishment of district goals and
performance targets.
