The default value for a form parameter is taken from the Default Value field of the Properties window.<br />

The operator can override the default value when starting <strong><strong>Form</strong>s</strong> Runtime by specifying a new value for<br />

the form parameter on the command line.<br />

In the following example, myname_param is a user-defined form parameter that was defined in <strong>Form</strong><br />

<strong>Builder</strong>.<br />

Note: If a form parameter value includes a space or punctuation, enclose the value in double quotes.<br />

Example<br />

ifrun60 empform scott/tiger myname_param="Msr. Dubois"<br />

Displaying Hint Text on Command Line Options<br />

To receive help on syntax and parameters, type the component name followed by "help=yes" at the<br />

system prompt.<br />

Example<br />

ifrun60 help=yes<br />
