Number of Items Displayed property<br />

Description<br />

Specifies the number of item instances displayed for the item when the item is in a multi-record block.<br />

Setting Number of Items Displayed > 0 overrides the Number of Records Displayed block property.<br />

Default<br />

Zero. Zero indicates that the item should display the number of instances specified by the Number of<br />

Records Displayed block property.<br />

Required/Optional optional<br />

Usage:<br />

Use Number of Items Displayed to create a single button, chart, OLE item, image, VBX control (in 16bit<br />

Microsoft Windows), or ActiveX control (in 32-bit Windows) as part of a multi-record block. For<br />

instance, if Number of Records Displayed is set to 5 to create a multi-record block and you create a<br />

button, by default you will get 5 buttons, one per record. To get only one button, set Number of Items<br />

Displayed to 1.<br />
