Itinerary
Day 1: Our door to door service
makes for a relaxed departure, after
which we make our way to Irvine.
Day 2: After breakfast we depart
Irvine and make our way to the ferry
to cross to the Isle of Arran, where we
spend the day touring round the
island. A day of contrasting scenery,
from the jagged mountain peaks and
cliffs in the north to the sandy beaches
and rolling farmland in the south.
Day 3: This morning we take a tour
north along the Ayrshire coast to the
resort of Largs with its lively harbour,
busy shopping centre and a two-mile
promenade backed by lawns and
gardens. Also in the town, and well
worth a visit is Vikingar! - the ultimate
visitor experience, Viking history is
brought to life with the use of multimedia
technology. The afternoon is at
leisure in Irvine.
Day 4: Today we travel south along
the Ayrshire coast to visit the
traditional seaside resort of Ayr. We
then head to Culzean Castle, a
Scottish favourite on a 600 acre
estate overlooking the Firth of Clyde.
Our return route takes us back
through the golfing centre of
Turnberry.
Day 5: After breakfast sadly we must
leave to begin our homeward journey,
where our door to door service will be
waiting to take you home upon arrival.

base to explore the beautiful countryside. Facilities include a relaxing

Itinerary
Day 1: Our door to door service
ensures a trouble free departure as
we head across country to North
Wales to our overnight stop.
Day 2: Following an early breakfast
we travel to Holyhead for the morning
sailing to Dun Laoghaire. We then
travel through the central plains of
Ireland to Castleisland and the River
Island Hotel.
Day 3: A Day on the Dingle. Made
famous by “Ryan’s Daughter, the
Dingle Peninsula offers some of the
wildest natural scenic beauty in
Ireland. We make a stop in Tralee,
then head along the edge of Tralee
Bay tfollowing a circular route around
the most westerly tip of the peninsula.
At Slea Head promontory the Blasket
Islands come into full view. We return
to the fishing village of Dingle, to
enjoy one of the highlights of the tour
– a Boat Trip and Dolphin Watching
Excursion around Dingle Bay. Try and
spot Dingle’s most famous resident,
"Fungi" the Dolphin. The return
journey to Castleisland takes us via
Annascaul, Inch and Castlemaine.

Day 4: Today we travel the short
journey to Killarney. The tour runs
through the Killarney National Park
and along the edge of Lough Leane to
Ross Castle. From here we catch the
“Lily of Killarney” to cruise across the
lake, a memorable way to view the
surrounding mountains.
Day 5: Today we have a full day
excursion to the famous ‘Ring of
Kerry’. You will enjoy the spectacular
journey around the narrow coastal
road of the Iveragh Peninsula,
dominated by MacGillycuddy’s Reeks,
passing through a myriad of colourful
seaside villages. At Ladies View you
can witness the fabulous views of the
lakes below.
Day 6: After breakfast sadly we must
leave Castleisland and journey via
Limerick to our overnight hotel, the
Regency Hotel in Dublin.
Day 7: Following an early departure
from the hotel we make our way to
Dublin port, for the return sailing to
Holyhead. Time to enjoy your included
breakfast on board, before arriving
back at Holyhead. We then continue
our journey to Norfolk arriving late
evening for our door to door service.

Our main hotel is the modern 3 star River Island Hotel situated on the
main street of Castleisland, a cheerful, colourful, thriving market town,
which is the Gateway to the Kingdom of Kerry. All bedrooms have ensuite
facilities, TV, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, and hospitality tray.
The hotel also has its own bar, lounge and restaurant. There is a lift to
all floors.
