Itinerary
Day 1: You will be picked up from
home by our door to door service and
taken to the coach for the journey
southwest to Devon, arriving at our
hotel late afternoon.
Day 2: Day at leisure
Day 3: Full day tour that begins with
a drive to Moretonhampstead and the
House of Marbles for morning coffee,
before heading across wild and
rugged Dartmoor to Princetown. We
then continue to Buckfast to visit the
12th century Abbey and its beautiful
grounds.
Day 4: Today we enjoy an excursion
along the wonderful English Riviera.
Firstly, we make the short journey to
Babbacombe where we include entry
to the Model Village. From here, we
continue along the coast to Dawlish
with its Georgian and Victorian
architecture. We then continue to the
seaside town of Teignmouth. Steeped
in maritime history, this working
harbour boasts sandy beaches, a
Victorian pier along with pedestrian
shopping areas and interesting old
back streets to explore.
Day 5: This morning we embark on a
wonderful journey on the scenic South
Devon Railway from Buckfastleigh to
Totnes. After free time in Totnes we
head to Olde Worlde Dartmouth, with
free time to explore this unspoilt
harbour town (you may wish to take
an optional boat trip on the River
Dart – fare not included).
Day 6: After a leisurely morning join
our coach for a gentle ride along the
coast to the pretty fishing port of
Brixham with its narrow streets, inns,
art galleries and craft shops.
Day 7: Day at leisure
Day 8: After breakfast we depart
Torquay for our return journey back to
Norfolk, where our door to door
service will be waiting to take you
home.

Itinerary
Day 1: Our door to door service
makes for a relaxing departure as we
make our way to our hotel in Dunoon.
Day 2: We travel to the historic town
of Inverary, where we step back three
centuries and pay a visit to the
fascinating Castle with its remarkable
and unique architecture. There is free
time to explore the town and have
lunch before we head back to
Dunoon.
Day 3: A full day excursion through
the Argyll Forest, past Loch Eck and
on to Colintraive, to join the ferry to
the Isle of Bute. We have a lunchtime
stop in Rothesay before returning
through Tighnabruaich with some
spectacular views of the Kyles of Bute.
Day 4: A scenic excursion over the
‘Rest and be Thankful’ Pass to visit

make a brief stop in Tarbet where you
will have the opportunity to take a
cruise on Loch Lomand (fare not
included), before continuing to the
pretty waterside village of Luss.
Day 5: A free day to enjoy beautiful
Dunoon, or an opportunity to perhaps
take a cruise around the Firth of
Clyde.
Day 6: A restful morning is followed
by a short ride to visit the Botanical
Gardens at Benmore, a world famous
collection of flowering trees and
shrubs.
Day 7: We depart after breakfast and
travel back to Norfolk to arrive early
evening where our door to door
service will be waiting to transfer you
to your home.
