Itinerary
Day 1: Following your home pickup,
we make our way to our overnight
hotel.
Day 2: After breakfast we depart the
hotel and make our way to Holyhead
for our lunchtime sailing to Dublin. We
continue our journey to Carrickfergus
for our four night stay at the Clarion
Hotel, where we have a welcome
drink on arrival.
Day 3: A wonderful day ahead today
as we journey north along County
Antrim's coastal road for the chance
to take in the stunning scenery. We
visit Giant's Causeway, one of
Ireland's top tourist attractions, a
spectacular sight of thousands of
symmetrical columns rising
dramatically from the sea. Certainly a
sight to behold! We also include a visit
to the village of Bushmills, where we
include a tour and tastings at Old
Bushmill Distillery, the oldest whiskey
producer in Ireland
Day 4: At leisure in Carrickfergus. The
town grew up around its massive
castle, the building which began in
1108 was built to protect Belfast
Lough. Its said to be the best
preserved Norman Castle in Ireland.
The town also boasts a beautiful
marina, and many shops, restaurants
and bars.
Day 5: Today we head into Belfast
where we are joined by a guide for a
coach tour of the city. This afternoon
we visit the brand new Titanic
Signature Building, housing an
exhibition commemorating the 100th
anniversary of the Titanic’s tragic
maiden voyage and based on the
theme of the Titanic and Belfast’s
maritime heritage.
Day 6: After breakfast we retrace our
steps back to Dublin for our afternoon
sailing to Holyhead. On arrival we
continue our journey to our overnight
hotel.
Day 7: After a leisurely breakfast we
make our way back to Norfolk, with
suitable stops en route, where our
door to door service will be waiting to
take you home.

Itinerary
Day 1: Following your home pickup
we make our way to the Pinewood
Hotel.
Day 2: This morning we visit
Blakemere Craft Village set in the
Cheshire countryside. We then visit
the superb Chester Zoo Gardens. It
cares for over 7000 animals,
representing over 400 different
species, conservation is at the heart
of the zoo. With over 110 acres of
award winning landscape and feature
gardens, there is something for
everyone to make this an enjoyable
day out.
Day 3: This morning we spend some
time in the charming town of
Knutsford, explore the cobbles and
courtyards that were the basis for
Eliizabeth Gaskill’s “Cranford. Later we
visit Tatton Park, an impressive
historic estate. In addition to the
mansion and deer park, also has a
garden ranking among the best in
England. Reflecting most styles back
to 1715, the gardens include formal

terraces, fine borders and a beech
maze that is over 200 years old
Day 4: Today we travel to the very
impressive Anderton Boat Lift – one of
the greatest monuments to Britain’s
last canal age and known as the
‘Cathedral of the Canals’. Built in
1875 it was recently restored to its
former glory. Enjoy a boat trip through
the lift, and visit the operations centre
and the interactive exhibition. In the
afternoon we visit Arley Hall and
Gardens. In the beautiful Jacobean
Hall visitors are enthralled by entering
a living history, giving an intimate
insight into life in the Hall and its 500
year history. The gardens were
recently voted to be one of the top ten
in Britain and celebrated as one of the
finest double herbaceous gardens in
the country.
Day 5: After breakfast we bid a fond
farewell to our hosts and make our
way back to Norfolk with suitable
stops en route, where our door to door
service will be waiting to take you
home.
