Since this company possesses an excellent human capital, I must,
on the other hand, acknowledge the effort that Efacec has made
in developing the management skills of employees that are more
��������� ��������� ��� ���������� ��������� ���� �������� ������������
These skills are particularly important in the current economic
framework and must cover technical, human and business aspects,
which are all deeply written in the company’s genetic code.
I believe that Efacec is and will be increasingly prepared to continue
structuring pools of expertise in Portugal and in the countries where
it operates. This aspect is strongly supported by the capability and
effort of R&D carried out by the Company and which comprises
one of the most determining characteristics of our organization.

The social aspect is also (and will continue to be) of great importance
for Efacec, so I must draw attention to the increasingly high number

I must also express my personal pride regarding the several public
acknowledgements that Efacec has achieved in 2011. These are proof
that our efforts and commitment towards a better management are
recognized in our country and, in some cases, also internationally.
I conclude by thanking our Employees, both on a national and
international level, and our Partners in general for the preference
they have shown in the Company and I would also like to send the
Employees of Efacec a message of hope for the future development
of our organization which, year after year, has been built and
developed successfully by every single one of them too.
