Course Description<br />
This course is designed to for Assessment/ Decision Officers <strong>and</strong> <strong>Training</strong> Officers to<br />
demonstrate the use <strong>and</strong> functionality of the eStore (or Holding Area).<br />
The eStore is a dynamic module of the <strong>Capita</strong> Benefits Application <strong>and</strong> ensures that<br />
data is captured from the <strong>Capita</strong> eClaim or third party eClaim applications <strong>and</strong><br />
placed in a secure location which is subject to Quality Assurance procedures before<br />
being accepted by the <strong>Capita</strong> Benefits application.<br />
Prerequisites<br />
Familiarity with keyboard/ mouse; prior attendance of ‘BIMP Introduction to <strong>Capita</strong><br />
Benefits’ or previous experience of <strong>Capita</strong> Benefits is desirable.<br />

<strong>Training</strong> Methods<br />
This course may be delivered on-site or at <strong>Capita</strong>’s Trowbridge offices.<br />
Attendees will utilise a training database, giving them the opportunity to progress<br />
through worked examples. As with all of our courses, comprehensive training<br />
documentation will be provided.<br />
