Creating a new empty OpenEdge database
The DataServer uses the empty OpenEdge database as a holder for the schema for
your MS SQL Server database. The simplest way to create an empty OpenEdge
database is to do it from the Data Administration, as described in this section. For
database can be obtained from $DLC/prolang/utf/empty. If you choose UTF-8 as
your schema image code page, your schema holder’s code page must also be UTF-8.
