W<strong>it</strong>h the largest collection of whisky in the Southern Hemisphere, B<strong>as</strong>cule offers the unique<br />
opportun<strong>it</strong>y to learn about the ancient and f<strong>as</strong>cinating history of whisky, <strong>as</strong> well <strong>as</strong> the art of<br />
distilling, maturing and blending.<br />
We offer three Whisky T<strong>as</strong>tings:<br />
- An Introduction to Whisky<br />
- A T<strong>as</strong>te Experience<br />
- Sommeliers Choice<br />
The informal t<strong>as</strong>tings take place in B<strong>as</strong>cule and all whisky t<strong>as</strong>tings are approximately 1 hour<br />
long. T<strong>as</strong>tings start at 18h00 unless otherwise requested and consist of a selection of 6 x 15ml<br />
whiskies, 3 of which will <strong>be</strong> paired w<strong>it</strong>h sweet and savoury appetizers.<br />
Ple<strong>as</strong>e note that Friday evenings are the busiest in B<strong>as</strong>cule thus whisky t<strong>as</strong>tings are not<br />
usually held over this period.<br />
