Irish whiskey is distilled<br />
three times, “triple-distilled,”<br />
using pure-<strong>malt</strong>ed barley <strong>as</strong> the<br />

whiskey t<strong>as</strong>tes smoky. Malted<br />
barely is dried in closed ovens,<br />
and is never exposed to smoke.<br />
