In late April 2005 the Office of Foreign Missions contacted the supervisory<br />

GSO regarding the motor vehicle policy in Vietnam. The Office of Foreign Missions<br />

requested the post to fill out the motor vehicle reciprocity survey if they were<br />

dissatisfied with the current policy. The post submitted the survey to the office on<br />

May 16, 2005.<br />
