(27) Trade receivables, financial receivables and other non-current assets
In 2007, trade receivables represented 69 days’ sales. The carrying value of the trade receivables is a good
approximation of the fair value at balance sheet closing date.
There is no significant concentration of credit risk at Group level to the extent that the receivables risk is spread over
a large number of customers and markets.

Financial receivables and other non-current assets consist essentially of financial receivables, pension fund surpluses
and other amounts receivable after more than one year.
The other current receivables consist essentially of other receivables, deferred charges and accrued income.
Other receivables have increased with the sale of the Caprolactone activities (receivable of EUR 189 million).
