COME PLAY WITH ME
What to do when there’s nothing to do? Come
check out the community center’s indoor play
gym. Drop in and let your little ones (ages 10
months to 5 years) interact with other children,
jump in our inflatable bounce house, while
you enjoy a cup of coffee. Coffee provided by
Poverty Bay. Parent participation is required.
Drop in fee is $3 per child. Hours are 9:30 -
11:30am, Mondays and Fridays. Starting June
15, Come Play With Me will be held on Fridays
only.
PRESCHOOL OPEN HOUSE - APRIL 26
Preschool Open House is your chance to sign
up early and secure your spot in our Preschool
Program for the 2012-2013 school year. Meet
our wonderful teachers, ask questions, see the
classroom, and get signed up all in one night.
Hours 6:00-7:30 p.m.
PRESCHOOL EDUCATION
Preschool begins with ALPHABET EXPRESS
where you and your child will discover how
much fun the Alphabet can be through songs,
crafts, & games. Parent Participation is required.
Not required to be potty trained for Alphabet
Express. LET’S GET STARTED is designed to be
your child’s first preschool experience without
parents. Introduction to preschool and learn all
the basics. Next is LEARN WITH ME. This class
is hands-on activities, learning centers, taking
turns, manners, music and much more. Must
have taken Let’s Get Started or preschool class.
Finally, DISCOVERY KIDS prepares children
to head into kindergarten. Class will include
writing, language, arts & crafts, movement and
lots of fun. Children must be potty trained for all
drop off classes. Please pay the $30 registration
fee, course #31870.
PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION FEE
An annual registration fee of $30 for each
child who signs up for preschool. Fee is due
before child can be registered for any classes.
Registration fee goes towards supplies and
administration. Please refer to ID #31870 when
registering.

Registration Information
Registration takes place weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on the class. Register early; at least
one week prior to class start date to ensure a space. You may obtain a copy of our preschool policies
by calling the Recreation & Cultural Services office. Your child must be the appropriate age for the class
by the start day of class, and must be potty trained in order to attend.
