Registration
Register early to ensure a space in the program or to confirm
minimum class numbers are met. Call us seven (7) working
days in advance of an activity start date to request special
accommodations. We will make every effort to accommodate
reasonable requests.

Register by Mail: Call (253) 835-6900 to request a form and mail
with cash, check or credit card payment to:

Register in Person: Come by and visit us at the Federal Way
Community Center located at 876 S. 333rd Street.
Fax-In Registration: Fax the completed registration for including
your Visa or MasterCard information to (253) 835-6929.
Scholarships
Fee reductions for low-income families are available through
the City of Federal Way, and scholarships are available from
local resources. For more detailed information about financial
assistance, please call (253) 835-6900.
The City would like to thank the Federal Way Arts Commission for
their contribution to the City’s scholarship fund, and the Max Fisher
Family for the Max Fisher Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Transfers/Refunds
Transfers from one course to another and refunds may be made
until 48 hours prior to the class start date. A $5.00 processing fee
per transaction will be assessed. If the City of Federal Way makes
a change or cancels a class, a full refund/credit will be issued for
the date/s impacted or for the course if applicable. Exceptions are
contracted services and Athletic Teams.

Federal Way Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department
is committed to providing high-quality programs and services. If
you or a family member is not satisfied with a class or program,
let us know your concerns in writing. We will review your concern
on a case-by-case basis.

Inclement Weather
During inclement weather, please call 253.835.6905 after 3:30 pm
on game day for updated information on program cancellations.
