COMMENTS:.................................The park is laid out in a natural way, with hills, grottos, ponds, a waterfall<br />

has been donated by a different country, province or city. Each section has<br />

a special feature and a representative collection <strong>of</strong> roses from the respective<br />

COMMENTS:.................................Ramat Hanadiv spreads out to the south <strong>of</strong> picturesque Zichron Yaakov. At<br />

the heart <strong>of</strong> the park are the Memorial gardens, the burial site <strong>of</strong> Baron<br />

Edmond Rothschild and his wife, Baroness Adelaide. The area contains<br />

several individual sections: the Cascade, the <strong>Rose</strong>, the Fragrance and Palm<br />

Gardens and an Entrance Court, each with its own distinctive vegetation<br />

and design character. Together they create a rich floral kaleidoscope. A<br />

visit to the Memorial Gardens is only part <strong>of</strong> the year-round attractions <strong>of</strong><br />

Ramat Hanadiv. Nature trails and archaeological sites are located in the<br />

nature reserve.<br />
