COMMENTS:.................................Founded in 1912 with beautiful Art Nouveau metallic structures and rose<br />

plants imported from France in 1910, it currently requires a complete<br />

overhaul, soil replacement and replanting. It should also be fenced in to<br />

prevent vandalism.<br />

Our Society has for many years been advising and encouraging the<br />

Municipal authorities to start work in preparation for the Centenary in 2012<br />

with no results until now. It is the oldest <strong>Rose</strong> Garden in South America.<br />
