Consider Approval of Resolution No. 10-12-668 – Appointment of Representative and Alternate to the Board of the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority for a four-year term commencing January 1, 2011 [enc] [1] The Board is being asked to appoint a representative and alternate to the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority Board, to serve a four-year term commencing January 1, 2011. The WQA was established in 1992 via Senate Bill 1679; its board is comprised of seven members of which Three Valleys MWD is one of the municipal water districts served by the agency.
