Deb Deters is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Hub International, overseeing all<br />
aspects of HR and Payroll for North America and Brazil. Deb brings over 20 years of experience in<br />
Human Resources. She graduated Indiana University with a B.S in Business; minor is Psychology, a<br />
concentration in HR and has her SPHR.<br />
Kim Dwyer, Vice President Benefit Services - Advocate Health Care, Kim Dwyer strategizes designs,<br />
develops and implements all employee benefits and wellness programs with communications to<br />
support them. She is responsible for all administration and selection of benefits providers, including<br />
third party administrators, managed care companies, benefit networks, trustee and recordkeeping<br />
services.<br />
D.W. Edington is a Professor in the Division of Kinesiology at the University of Michigan and Director<br />
of the Health Management Research Center. He has initiated a retirement furlough from the University<br />
and has spun off Edington Associates to help Organizations raise Healthy Well-Being to the same<br />
level as safety and quality in the workplace and in the workforce.<br />
Richard A. Egleston (“RAE”) Second Vice President, National Sales RAE re-joined Trustmark<br />
Voluntary Benefit Solutions in 2002. He started with Trustmark in 1996, serving in various capacities<br />
including Product Management and Sales Operations, and most recently National Sales. RAE has<br />
more than 16 years of experience in the industry, including consulting with Accenture, Ltd. for Allstate<br />
Gail Ewing is the Director Associate Health & Wellness at Sacred Heart Health.<br />
Tom Farmer is a Senior Vice President with Marsh U.S. Consumer and is a seasoned sales<br />
professional in the <strong>Employer</strong> <strong>Benefits</strong> business. He is responsible for large case employer benefits<br />
sales in our Western Region and works with employers to develop mid-market solutions as well.<br />
Additionally, Tom serves as a regional U.S. Consumer representative to align Marsh sister companies<br />
for cross-sell opportunities and other strategic solutions.<br />
Samuel H. Fleet is President and CEO of AmWINS Group <strong>Benefits</strong> of Warwick, RI, a leading broker<br />
of comprehensive group insurance programs and administrative services. With more than 25 years of<br />
health and benefit experience, Fleet has proven his unmatched expertise with the rise of his company<br />
from a small regional business to a strong, national company renowned for helping providers, brokers<br />
and employers thrive in today’s dynamic healthcare landscape.<br />
Dr. BJ Fogg directs the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University. A psychologist and innovator, he<br />
devotes at least half of his time to industry projects. His work empowers people to think clearly about<br />
the psychology of behavior change — and then to convert those insights into real-world outcomes.<br />
