TJ Gibb is responsible for distribution and strategy for the Specialty business including dental, vision,<br />
life, disability, stop loss, and worksite voluntary benefits. TJ has an extensive background over his<br />
20 years in the benefits business. He has held leadership positions for Humana, KMG America, and<br />
ING. TJ has led business areas including employee benefit and affinity sales, marketing, benefit<br />
communication technology, and product development. He has served on the board of several industry<br />
associations.<br />
Tami Graham is the Director of Global <strong>Benefits</strong> Design within Intel’s Worldwide Compensation and<br />
<strong>Benefits</strong> Group. Tami was formerly a member of Intel’s HR Legal Group as a legal advisor for the<br />
design and administration of Intel’s compensation and benefit programs. Prior to joining Intel in 1999,<br />
Tami served in a similar legal role with JCPenney Company, and in private legal practice advised<br />
many large companies on a wide range of benefits matters.<br />
Lisa Han’s healthcare practice includes mergers, acquisitions and restructurings of insurance<br />
companies and healthcare entities; strategic alliances between hospitals and physicians;<br />
reimbursement issues between providers and payers including product and network issues, prompt<br />
payment compliance, audits and recovery; complex managed care contract negotiations; and<br />
regulatory compliance for healthcare providers.<br />
Jon Harris-Shapiro is the President of Continuance Health Solutions. His projects help clients<br />
improve the health status of their covered population, promote the use of quality health care services,<br />
& control medical and productivity-related costs.<br />
Robert L. Heston, Jr. assumed responsibility for the Legal Access Companies in 1982 and became<br />
a pioneer in the early stages of legal plan development. By combining his experience as an attorney<br />
and his personal passion to create better access to quality lawyers, he has been instrumental in<br />
the development of the proprietary network management infrastructure utilized by Legal Access and<br />
LegalEASE.<br />
Michelle Hicks is a Director in the Communication practice of Buck Consultants, a Xerox company.<br />
Michelle has nearly 15 years of strategic business communication experience. She specializes in<br />
designing and implementing strategies to help organizations manage and communicate changes in<br />
their culture, benefit and compensation programs, and organization structures.<br />
Chris Hill is the Founder and CEO of Spotlite. Spotlite offers a benefits enrollment and communication<br />
technology designed to simplify the delivery of employee benefits. Spotlite facilitates a shift to<br />
consumer-driven benefit plans by helping employers overcome the challenge of offering voluntary<br />
benefits on traditional enterprise and benefits administration systems. Spotlite serves more than<br />
3 million employees from large employers, including Starbucks, Yahoo!, Chevron, and Abbott<br />
Laboratories.<br />
John Holcomb is the VP of <strong>Healthcare</strong> Operations at Target. He leads the Pharmacy Professional<br />
Services, Retail Clinics, and Finance Teams for Target’s <strong>Healthcare</strong> businesses as well as strategy for<br />
Target’s <strong>Healthcare</strong> Technology development roadmap.
