Nicole Martel is the Manager of Health & Wellness Management at Advocate Health Care.<br />
Nicole serves as the strategic and operational lead for Advocate’s health and productivity program,<br />
which is offered to over 29,000 adult participants in the medical plan. With the program’s unique<br />
incentive structure, Advocate is focused on helping participants reach their health and wellness goals<br />
so that they can take their best health into retirement.<br />
Michael Martocci, is the 2nd Vice President at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. Michael<br />
is the head of Worksite Markets and has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry with a<br />
focus in voluntary benefits, worksite marketing and brokerage operations. Mike is leading Guardian’s<br />
expansion in the Voluntary/Worksite markets where he is responsible for product development,<br />
enrollment, service and distribution for its $800 million Voluntary/Worksite business.<br />
Kevin McCarty began his career in public service in 1988, becoming an expert in workers’<br />
compensation issues with the Florida Department of Labor & Employment Security. His experience<br />
gained him a position with the Florida Department of Insurance in 1991. In 1992, McCarty became<br />
a point-man to implement strategies to improve the private marketplace following the devastation of<br />
Hurricane Andrew. The governor and the Florida Cabinet announced McCarty as the first appointed<br />
insurance commissioner in January 2003.<br />
Greg McLoughlin is the Managing Director at HbD International. He is regarded as a leader and<br />
pioneer in the progressive Australian workplace health industry and is regularly invited to be an expert<br />
speaker at both national and international events.<br />
Dr. Stephen M. Montaquila, O.D., F.A.A.O. is the Chair of the American Optometric Association<br />
Third Party Center. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Optometry and is certified by the<br />
American Board of Optometry. He maintains a full time primary eye care practice in Warwick, RI.<br />
Dr. Montaquila is active in clinical research and lectures nationally on third party, health reform, and<br />
ocular diseases and disorders.<br />
Sandra G. Morris is the Senior Manager of U.S. <strong>Benefits</strong> Design for The Procter & Gamble Company.<br />
Her responsibilities include the strategic development, deployment and administration of benefits for<br />
P&G’s U.S. employees and retirees. After thirteen years as a critical care nurse, nursing supervisor<br />
and nursing professor, Sandra joined Procter & Gamble in 1990 and has since served in several<br />
benefits management and human resources roles.<br />
Lindsay Resnick, Chief Marketing Officer, KBM Group has thirty years of professional experience in<br />
health care and insurance. He is Chief Marketing Officer of KBM Group: Health Services, a national<br />
marketing services provider that combines consumer data with segmentation analytics to drive<br />
online/offline direct marketing campaigns. KBM Group works with companies across the healthcare<br />
and insurance ecosystem to drive down the cost of acquiring customers and enhance consumer<br />
engagement.<br />
Olga Reupert is Vice President, <strong>Benefits</strong> and Compensation for Hub International. Olga brings<br />
over 20 years of benefits experience and has designed and implemented award-winning wellness<br />
programs for the private sector.<br />
