Denise J. Holland, MHA is a health insurance and employee wellness expert with over 15 years<br />
experience creating effective, data driven corporate wellness programs. She is the President of Inside<br />
Employee Wellness and Consulting, a corporate wellness consulting firm specializing in wellness<br />
programs for medium to large manufacturing companies.<br />
Joel Horowitz concentrates his practice in employee benefits and executive compensation, and has<br />
extensive experience in the design and operation of tax-qualified and nonqualified plans, including<br />
401(k) plan compliance, newer uses of defined benefit pension plans, and deferred compensation<br />
arrangements. He counsels employers and executives on retention and severance, equity-based<br />
Missy Jarrott is the Director of Human Resources for Chatham Steel Corporation, Savannah,<br />
Georgia. Chatham Steel has steel service center locations in six states. Missy has over 25 years<br />
of experience in training and development, quality improvement, management leadership, benefits<br />
management and human resources management.<br />
Breckon Jones is Director of Health and <strong>Benefits</strong>, at American Express, with responsibility for the Europe,<br />
Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. American Express’ Healthy Living and wider <strong>Benefits</strong> program has<br />
won several European and International awards and has received much public praise as an industry gold<br />
standard. Jones joined American Express from Unilever, where he held the role of Employee Health and<br />
Wellness Manager, pioneering an innovative model for workplace health enhancement and culture change<br />
which influenced the UK Government’s policies on employee health.<br />
Donald Jones is currently Sr. Director, Global <strong>Benefits</strong> with Yahoo!, a global leader in digital media<br />
and internet technology and communications, in Sunnyvale, CA. He is responsible for corporate<br />
benefits including all health care, retirement, lifestyle and wellness benefit plans, and benefits<br />
communications.<br />
Patrick Jordan is a content specialist for Disney Institute. In this role, Patrick integrates more than 30<br />
years of executive health care and business experience into helping organizations benchmark Disney<br />
best practices as they strive to enhance the way they do business.<br />
P. Mona Khanna, M.D., MPH, FACP is a triple board-certified physician and Emmy award-winning<br />
medical journalist who serves as the Medical Contributor to Fox Chicago News and Visiting Clinical<br />
Associate Professor at the University of Illinois. She is the only medical doctor alumna inducted into<br />
the Medill School of Journalism Hall of Achievement at Northwestern University.<br />
Jennifer Kingsley-Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer at ARMSRx. She offers her clients over 20<br />
