The CLASS Act was intended to be a Government Sponsored, Voluntary Program designed to protect working<br />
American’s from the basic costs of Long Term Care. After much debate and analysis, it was determined that<br />
this program was not sustainable as designed, and the program was curtailed.<br />
The dialogue surrounding the CLASS Act did much to raise awareness of this important protection, but how<br />
