Ian Kerr is the CEO of the <strong>Post</strong> Office Agents Association (POAAL), the national association for the operators<br />
of privately owned post offices in Australia.<br />
Zafar Khan, chairman & chief executive officer, r<strong>Post</strong> Communications<br />
Zafar Khan, identified by Citytech Magazine as among the top 100 global technology leaders, has strategy<br />
and finance experience with Braxton Associates/Deloitte Consulting and Goldman Sachs, and has been in<br />
the technology field for more than 10 years. He has worked to transfer US Department of Energy National<br />
Lab weapons technology to industry, and was one of 15 CEOs elected to participate in a US Presidential<br />
Trade Mission. Khan has invented two US patents, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University<br />
in Connecticut, an International Business Certificate from The Georgetown University School of Business, and<br />
a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.<br />
Amine Khechfe, co-founder and general manager, dymo Endicia<br />
Amine Khechfe is co-founder and general manager for Dymo Endicia. He is responsible for directing all<br />
aspects of the Dymo Endicia business unit as well as managing its position within the Newell Rubbermaid<br />
Technology Global Business Unit. Under his leadership Dymo Endicia has grown dramatically and broadened<br />
its offerings while maintaining its culture of strong innovation. Amine co-founded Dymo Endicia in 1987 and<br />
has held a variety of management roles in engineering, management consulting, software development,<br />
marketing, business development and sales engineering throughout his career. He is a regular speaker at<br />
several industry trade shows both in the US and internationally, user conferences and academic settings.<br />
Amine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master<br />
of Science in Engineering from Stanford University. He is fluent in Arabic and conversant in French.<br />
Adrian King, principal, Strategia Group<br />
Adrian King has been a strategy and business development consultant for 25 years. He has undertaken<br />
projects for over 30 postal organisations, covering most aspects of the sector including transformation<br />
planning, strategy, regulation, business development and operations. The projects have been undertaken<br />
for a variety of business levels including Supervisory Boards, CEO and Management Board and operational<br />
managers, and have ranged from developing strategies based on best practice principles through to project<br />
managing implementation support. His consulting focus is on strategic positioning, commercialisation, new<br />
business development, regulation, e-commerce and organisational change.<br />
Alexander Kiselev, CEO, russian <strong>Post</strong><br />
Alexander Kisselev has been director general of the FSUE Russian <strong>Post</strong> since 2009. Between 2006 and 2009<br />
he was director general of Svyazinvest, and from 2004-2006 he was aide to the minister of information<br />
technologies and communications at the RF. Before that he was deputy minister of communications and<br />
information at the RF, with a further promotion to the position of the first deputy minister. He has also held<br />
posts at DHL International, Energizer and JSC Neva-Press.<br />

Marcel Krom studied Business Information Management. After several jobs in IT he became business unit<br />
manager within a software development company. After that he built the value-added services IT for PTT<br />
<strong>Post</strong> as IT manager. From 1998 to 2002 he started a business consultancy firm as shareholder. In 2003 he<br />
became IT director of Cendris, the value-added services company of <strong>Post</strong>NL (document management, direct<br />
mail and direct marketing products and services). In 2006 Marcel was appointed managing director of<br />
Cendris, and in 2009 he was appointed CIO of <strong>Post</strong>NL. He is responsible for the demand management and<br />
delivery of IT services, and is part of the Executive Committee of <strong>Post</strong>NL.<br />
Amadeus Kurz, division manager central services, Hermes Logistik Gruppe<br />
deutschland<br />
Amadeus Kurz is responsible for real estate, facility management, purchasing, security and health/safety<br />
within the Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland. He has an MBA in Business Economics, with 15 years of<br />
management experience in these functions for several international companies in automotive industries,<br />
banks, publishers and service providers.<br />
martin Kyburz, owner, Engineer Bureau m. Kyburz AG<br />
Martin Kyburz is an electrical engineer in Freienstein, Switzerland. After an apprenticeship as a mechanical<br />
engineer he gained a BSc in Electrical Engineering. Since 1991 he has built up Ing. Buero M. Kyburz AG in<br />
Switzerland, which focuses on the development and production of electric three- and four-wheel vehicles. In<br />
the beginning Martin’s aim was to increase the mobility of elderly or handicapped people. In recent years he<br />
has focused on the improvement of the postal last-mile delivery.<br />
Bo Helmer Larsen, director of Sales <strong>Post</strong>al division, Lyngsoe Systems AS<br />
Bo Helmer Larsen is director of Sales in the <strong>Post</strong>al Division at Lyngsoe Systems. He has 17 years of experience<br />
in systems development and integration, as well as business development for Lyngsoe’s postal logistics<br />
and transportation customers. Bo has a focus on solutions that enhance logistics and supply chain visibility<br />
with automatic real-time traceability of products, assets and services, enabling customers to save costs on<br />
operations and increase their revenue stream and profitability with their customers.<br />
dr michael Linke, chief architect mail/Logistics, T-Systems International<br />
Dr Michael Linke is chief architect Mail/Logistics at T-Systems International. Before joining the organisation<br />
he worked for several years as head enterprise architect within DHL. He holds several university degrees.<br />
