Indrek Oolup, export director, Cleveron plc<br />

Indrek Oolup is a co-founder of Cleveron plc. He has 12 years’ experience in the postal and parcel industry<br />

and six years in the parcel terminal business. His other professional experience includes e-commerce,<br />

marketing and logistics industries.<br />

dirk Palder, member of the Global <strong>Post</strong>al Leadership Team, Capgemini<br />

Dirk Palder has project expertise covering postal and logistic markets, distribution, travel and transport,<br />

financial services and telecommunication. His experience includes: product introductions and largescale<br />

sales force transformations; process optimisation, international strategy, organisational redesign<br />

and implementation of sales forces; design solutions for sales organisations; managing large, complex<br />

transformation projects, implementation of new processes and organisations. He created the Project<br />

Management Team to transform the whole production and logistic platform of one of the major postal<br />

companies in Europe.<br />

Ingemar Persson, independent consultant<br />

Ingemar has more than 30 years’ experience in management and leadership after a long career in the<br />

Swedish <strong>Post</strong> Office and as Secretary General of <strong>Post</strong>Europ, the Association for Public <strong>Post</strong>al Operators in<br />

Europe. In the Swedish <strong>Post</strong> Office Ingemar has held positions at all different organisational levels, divisions,<br />

business areas, in group functions and different subsidiaries. In the last 15 years in the <strong>Post</strong> Office he was a<br />

member of the Management Executive Committee. Since November 2009 Ingemar has been running his<br />

own consultancy.<br />

Francesco Piunti, identification product manager, datalogic Automation Srl<br />

Francesco Piunti is currently in charge of product management of the 2D camera-based code readers. He<br />

was previously involved in the technical support of the high-end laser barcode readers for transportation<br />

and logistics applications.<br />

Charles Prescott, executive director, Global Address data Association<br />

Charles A. Prescott is founder and executive director of the Global Address Data Association, and is<br />

currently working with the International Hybrid Mail Coalition to promote adoption by the UPU of a robust<br />

international regulatory system. Since 2008 he has represented the Global Envelope Alliance at the Universal<br />

<strong>Post</strong>al Union, where since 2004 he has served as the first chairman of the Consultative Committee.<br />

John ray, industry head, local and home services, Google uK<br />

John Ray has held various roles at Google during his international career there over the past eight years.<br />

Currently he manages the UK Parcel, Shipping & Home Services business, where he is focused on educating<br />

his diverse client base on the value of The Google Network in driving lead generation and aligning traditional<br />

marketing strategies with a high degree of precision, scale and accountability. Partnerships with clients<br />

and agencies at present are focused on Google Search, The Google Display Network, YouTube, Mobile and<br />

Google’s social offering, G+.<br />

ruud riem-Vis, CTO, Jiiva<br />

Ruud is an entrepreneurial engineer with degrees in Electrical Engineering (NL), PhD (CH), Applied Statistics<br />

(CH) and Business Administration (CH). He has accumulated 15 years of industrial R&D experience and<br />

10 years of startup activities as a founder, and his expertise includes the fields of low-power embedded<br />

electronics, GPS, wireless technology and information systems.<br />

James roper, CEO, Interactive media in retail Group<br />

James Roper is vice president of EMOTA (the European Multichannel and Online Trading Association –<br />

www.emota.eu ) and chief executive and founder of IMRG (Interactive Media in Retail Group), the industry<br />

association for e-retailing based in London. Founded in 1990 to represent the needs of pioneer interactive<br />

merchants, today IMRG serves some 4,000 individuals in the UK and across the world. James has worked<br />

exclusively on interactive retail projects since the mid 1980s, and has been personally involved in the<br />

commercial development of hundreds of solutions using all forms of screen-based delivery channels.<br />

Alain roset, director of transformation strategy, La <strong>Post</strong>e<br />

Alain Roset has been head of the 2015 strategic project at La <strong>Post</strong>e since 2010. Prior to that he was in charge<br />

of R&D for the national mail process at La <strong>Post</strong>e. Other roles at La <strong>Post</strong>e have included director operational<br />

for Alsace and director in charge of process and quality. He was also director of Telecommunications for the<br />

Albertville Olympic Games Organisation Committee, and manager of the electronic components sector<br />

within the Ministry of Industry.<br />

didier rouillard, business development manager, GmC Software Technology<br />

Didier Rouillard is a qualified engineer with an MBA from EM Lyon Business School (France) and Rochester<br />

Institute of Technology (USA). He has more than 15 years’ experience in technology management and<br />

business development in the domain of industrial mail processing.<br />

José rufino, director, CTT - Correios de Portugal SA<br />

José Pedro Rufino is presently director of the <strong>Post</strong>al and Geographic Information department and executive<br />

coordinator of CTT’s Geomail and <strong>Post</strong>alGIS platform. He has a degree in Geographic Engineering from the<br />

Faculty of Science of the University of Lisbon. The seminary of the degree was made in CNIG (National Centre<br />

of Geographical Information) and included the build of a GIS project. José has strong knowledge in the<br />

domain of geographical information systems applied to the planning and management of the territory, and<br />

to the modelling of spatially distributed phenomena.<br />
