1.10 ANEXOS RELACIONADOS CON LA ULTIMA REFORMA DEL SALARIO BÁSICO UNIFICADO El salario básico unificado para el 209 se estableció de la siguiente manera; Para las empleadas del servicio doméstico el incremento pasó de 170 dólares a los 200 dólares, esto es, 30 dólares más al que venían recibiendo a la fecha, que es de 170 dólares; mientras que para los operarios y colaboradores de la microempresa se fija en 185 dólares mensuales. El ministro de relaciones laborales fijó mediante acuerdo ministerial no. 00249, publicado en el suplemento del registro oficial no. 358 de fecha 8 de enero de 2011 el salario básico unificado para el 2011, para el trabajador en general (incluidos los trabajadores de la pequeña industria, trabajadores agrícolas y trabajadores de maquila); trabajador/a del servicio doméstico; operarios de artesanía y colaboradores de la microempresa, en $264,00 (doscientos sesenta y cuatro 00/100 dólares) mensuales. Este incremento equivalente al 10% del salario del 2010, y se realizó con los siguientes parámetros: a) inflación proyectada: 3,7 %, b) índice de productividad 1,5 % c) incremento por equidad 4,8 %). 284
