O relato da actividade do Banco no ano de 2010 tem necessariamente como principais<br />
notas, o esforço realizado no alargamento da rede de agências bancárias, o investimento<br />
na introdução de novos serviços e canais de atendimento, o crescimento significativo<br />
registado na concessão de crédito sobretudo a nível do sector empresarial,<br />
o reforço da capacidade operacional dos serviços centrais, e o crescimento global do<br />
balanço da instituição.<br />

The keynote of the bank’s management report for 2010 must necessarily be its endeavours to expand its branch office<br />
network, investment in the introduction of new services and customer service channels, significant growth in lending,<br />
particularly corporate, reinforced operational capacity of its central services and global balance sheet growth.<br />
