Para além das operações realizadas com os cartões Vinti4, durante<br />
o ano de 2010 conseguimos realizar operações com os cartões<br />
de crédito da rede VISA e MasterCard nos nossos terminais – ATM.<br />
Observámos um total de 9.081 operações das quais 34% representaram<br />
operações com movimentação de fundos, cerca de 37 milhões<br />
de escudos.<br />

Não foi possível disponibilizar estes serviços ao mercado bancário<br />
cabo-verdiano durante o ano de 2010, alguns avanços foram dados,<br />
contudo não foram suficientes para conclusão e lançamento destes<br />
serviços, que corresponderam basicamente os projecto da DOP no<br />
ano de 2010, e será portanto uma das nossas principais metas no<br />
inicio do próximo ano.<br />

In addition to operations using Rede Vinti4 cards, in 2010, we also performed<br />
VISA and MasterCard credit card operations on our ATM terminals. A total number<br />
of 9,081 operations of which 34% involving funds movements of around 37<br />
million escudos were performed.<br />
It was not possible to provide these services in Cape <strong>Verde</strong>’s banking market in<br />
20<strong>10.</strong> A certain level of progress was, however, achieved, albeit insufficient to<br />
<strong>final</strong>ise the launch of these services, basically comprising a DOP project for 20<strong>10.</strong><br />
It will, therefore, be one of our key objectives for the start of the coming year.<br />
