El <strong>de</strong>partam<strong>en</strong>to <strong>de</strong> administración y la dirección <strong>de</strong> la<br />
organización, o el responsable <strong>de</strong>l mant<strong>en</strong>imi<strong>en</strong>to <strong>de</strong>l edificio,<br />
se <strong>en</strong>cargarán <strong>de</strong> gestionar las obras o reformas que se vayan<br />
a llevar a cabo.<br />
